Most duplicate donations are not actually duplicate. If you attempted the donation more than one time, you will see more than one charge. The most common reason for this is entering an incorrect zip code. The charge will show as pending until your financial institution releases those funds – usually in 3-5 business days. To avoid this type of situation, double check that your credit card has your correct zip code.
First reach out would be to the student or participant you ordered from. The majority of product fundraisers are set up for student delivery so students will usually be the ones to go to with questions and would be the ones delivering your product.
