Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and community-driven Fundraising Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, schools, and sports teams to coordinate and execute successful fundraising events. Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with local sports teams, schools, clubs, and community groups.
• Introduce fundraising opportunities to new partners and guide them through the process.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of fundraising events within your assigned territory.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure a positive and successful experience for all partners.
• Track and report on fundraising goals, event success metrics, and partnership growth.
• Represent the organization at local events and community gatherings as needed. Qualifications:
• Previous experience in fundraising, community outreach, sales, or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse groups.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for community impact.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally within the territory and work flexible hours when needed.
